Return & Refund Policy
At Efabrics, we strive to provide you with quality products, prioritizing customer satisfaction while maintaining fair policies. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please follow our return policy guidelines:
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order. After 3 hours, we might be unable to cancel your order, change your address, or change your order.
Personally sourced fabrics orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If an exchange or cancelation is approved after the item is in transit, refunds cannot be issued for shipping costs.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery if you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item was sent to you.
Customers have 24hrs to make a return or exchange request after the item is delivered. Once your request for a return has been approved, make sure you return the item with its original package intact within 24hrs of approval.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please read the following.
Fabrics must not have any stitiching, stain nor crumble. The fabrics must be in its original packaging with all tags attached and be scent-free to be eligible for a return or exchange. We inspect all our fabrics properly before shipping.
The only instance where a return will be accepted if the conditions above are not met is if there’s a product defect. We will exchange all defective products immediately, no questions asked, however, to prevent instances of return fraud, we cannot issue a refund for a defective product.
Items bought on sale or in situations where a discount was applied cannot be exchanged for a different item.
Exchange Policy
Fabrics will be exchange at no cost to the customer if there's a problem with the fabric.
Fabric will be exchanged if the customer isn't pleased with the purchase, all delivery cost will be borne by the customer.
All exchange must be processed within 24hrs after delivery. We will no not accept any exchange request after 48hrs.

Please note that a shipping fee will not be refunded.
Approved refunds will be paid into your original payment method.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 - 7 business days of approval.
